As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at weiwei.sg.

By placing an order or making a purchase at weiwei.sg, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We believe you love your purchases made at weiwei.sg. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

For handset returns (not purchased in volume), you may return your undamaged handset with its included accessories within 7 days from the date you received the product. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by the buyer.

For any other undamaged product (not purchased in volume), simply return it with the original receipt (or gift receipt) and original packaging within 7 days from the date you received the product. If the item is returned within this timeframe, we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. However, please note that we will only remit refunds to a Singapore bank account where the name of the bank account holder matches the payor’s name/information. Please also note that we only remit refunds domestically and cannot remit refunds outside of Singapore.

Please note: Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.

In addition to the Standard Return Policy, the following applies to returns of any product purchased in volume (aggregate of more than 4 per order or across multiple orders) from the same product category:

  • Must be returned within 7 days of the date you receive the product;
  • Will be subject to a 25% restocking fee per item

With regards to pricing, weiwei.sg reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on weiwei.sg at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

Should weiwei.sg reduce its price on any product within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your product, feel free to contact support@weiwei.sg to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact weiwei.sg within 14 calendar days of the price change. Please note that this excludes limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify weiwei.sg’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. We reserve the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If weiwei.sg cancels an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.

Please review our Shipping & Pickup page to learn about how and when you will receive the products you purchased from weiwei.sg. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, we cannot be held liable for late deliveries.

The risk of loss of, or damage to, product(s) shall pass to you when you, or a person designated by you, acquires physical possession of the product(s). Title in the product(s) shall pass to you when the product(s) is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse. At this point, you will receive the Shipment Notification Email. If there are any issues with delivery, please contact support@weiwei.sg to resolve. 

weiwei.sg offers self-collection for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for self-collection. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Proof of Covid-19 vaccination or a valid alternative will be required for entry. We will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. In the event you are unable to collect your order, you will be prompted 3 times after which our team will contact you to offer home-delivery at a charge. No refunds will be issued as you are responsible for the collection of your order.

If you select self-collect, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for self-collection by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. weiwei.sg is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.

weiwei.sg sells and ships products to end-user customers only. You may not purchase products at weiwei.sg for resale, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are doing so.

weiwei.sg accepts orders from billing addresses within Singapore. We will not ship products purchased at weiwei.sg to an address outside of Singapore.

This contract is subject to applicable export control laws. You may not export any product purchased from weiwei.sg to another country or region if prohibited by export control laws. If you do plan to export our product to another country or region, you must obtain any legally required export licences (or other government approvals) prior to doing so.

Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. We reserve the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when we confirm your order but subsequently learn that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
