Shipping & Delivery
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. PLEASE NOTE: This does not mean that your order has been accepted. For more info, please read our Terms of Use.
Another email will be sent to you when we are processing your order, as well as when your product is ready for collection or has been shipped out accordingly.
weiwei.sg offers a standard (home) delivery service to drop off your parcel right at your doorstep.
Orders made between Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) before 11am will be dispatched and collected by our courier within the day and scheduled to be delivered to you the next day, depending on availability of delivery slots. All orders that have opted for Free local delivery will take between 1-5 working days from date of processing to reach you (excluding Sundays, Public Holidays and Festive Periods such as Lunar New Year / Christmas).
Delivery charges are as stated:

All orders opted for Standard (Home) Delivery will take between 1-3 business days from the date of processing to reach you (excluding Sundays, Public Holidays, and Festive Periods such as Lunar New Year / Christmas).
Orders made between Friday (after 11 am) – Sunday will only be dispatched and collected by the courier on Monday or the next business day should Monday fall on a Public Holiday and/or Festive Period.
Delivery is not available for locations such as Jurong Island, Military Camps / Bases, Singapore Changi Airport, Tuas, Fishery Ports, Sentosa Island, etc. Delivery is also not available outside of Singapore or to PO boxes.
When you opt for self-collect at check out, your order will be ready for collection within 1-3 business days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). Please collect your order within 5 business days of receiving your collection message via e-mail. In the event you are unable to collect your order within 5 days, you will be prompted 3 times after which our team will contact you to offer home-delivery at a charge. No refunds will be issued as you are responsible for the collection of your order.
Self-collection is only during business hours 9 am to 5 pm.
Through the Follow-You delivery service, orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp message in 1-3 business days to inquire about the date, time and location of your preferred delivery.
