Returns & Exchanges

Returns are subjected on case by case basis. For eligible products, you have up to 3 working days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or wear and tear. It also does not cover for products used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by weiwei.sg, or previously modified in a manner not authorised by weiwei.sg

All duty-free / tax-free purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All software key cards and gift cards are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Do ensure that your item(s) fulfils the conditions below:
•    The item(s) must be in new, unused, unaltered and unworn condition
•    The item(s) must be in its original state and packaging with the original product tags attached (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it (if any)

Returns/ refunds will only be processed once the item(s) has been received and checked by us. Should the returned item not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.

We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind.

  • All deposits and pre-orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Products sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable
  • Product cosmetic imperfections and/or defects are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Any hardware defects or issues encountered should be addressed with the respective manufacturer’s Authorised Service Providers for a device assessment and any repair or replacement services.
  • weiwei.sg is not liable for any service and/or admin charges charged by the respective manufacturer’s Authorised Service Provider.

We are able to accept return/refund requests if:

  • The wrong item(s) was delivered to you;
  • A damaged/defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
  • You did not receive your item(s).

We wish to highlight that we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation, refund, exchange of products due to customer’s change of mind once the payment is accepted.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

Returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging with the original tags and tickets. Item(s) that show signs of wear are not eligible for exchange or return.

weiwei.sg reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item(s) prior to any exchange or return. Should there be any dispute, weiwei.sg’s decision will be final.

If you received a faulty product, please email us at support@weiwei.sg. Exchange is only applicable if the item(s) received is not in satisfactory condition. Products still under warranty have to be referred to the respective Service Provider. The faulty product will be replaced with the exact same model and variant unless there are no available stocks. In which case, we will consider it on a case-by-case basis to replace with a different model or variant at your written agreement.

weiwei.sg reserves the right to inspect the condition of the item(s) prior to any exchange or return and refund. We may also at times require the customer to approach the supplier directly for this inspection in the event that we are not able to adequately assess the product. Should there be any dispute, weiwei.sg’s decision will be final.

In the event that the faulty item is a Third Party product, customers may be advised to approach principal supplier for the exchange.

Should there be any dispute, weiwei.sg’s decision will be final.

Returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging with the original tags and tickets. Item(s) that show signs of wear are not eligible for return. In the event that the customer is not able to provide the complete product with packaging, the refund will not be approved and customer will be advised to exchange with a different product.

In the event that a refund has been approved, the purchase price of the product(s) bought will be refunded using the same payment method, minus the shipping/delivery charges, bank transaction fees incurred and Restocking Fees.

All special approvals are only valid for a maximum of up to 1 month from the date of approval unless otherwise specified.
