Once payment is made, you’ll be redirected back to our website with an order number. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm your order details. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.

Key in the cardholder’s name, card number and email address.

Key in your name and email address then click “Generate QR”. Open your Mobile Banking App and select “Scan & Pay”. Scan the QR code generated to pay for your items.

If you are purchasing with your mobile phone, you could save the QR code to your photo library and open your Mobile Banking App to pay.

Upon validation, approval of your service plan registration will be sent to your registered email within 2 business days. Acknowledgement email will be sent to you after WeCare+ is activated.

WeCare+ offers one (1) time coverage for the repair. Accidental screen crack of the Eligible Product listed for a period of Twelve(12) months commencing From the service plan activation date of your mobile device

No, the repair for your cracked screen covered under WeCare+ will be repaired by Authorised Brand Service Centres only. Any service request, kindly click "here". Alternatively, you can find the list of Authorised Brand Service Centres "here"

The WeCare+ coverage starts from the date you have received your activation email. Please refer to registration instruction email sent to you and register your coverage.

Yes you can get covered under WeCare+ for your existing device as long as you have the following:
- Ensure screen condition
- Submit a screenshot of the screen condition together with the phone IMEI details displayed on phone
Upload the following with your existing device details on our portal here and you will be informed with an activation email once your coverage is being accepted.

Existing WeCare+ protection is tagged to the IMEI no. of the device and thus, is not transferable.

WeCare+ once activated cannot be de-registered.

Upon the happening of any loss or damage, please ensure to login via the web portal within five (5) working days with your supporting details and documents.
